I'm going to get a tattoo in a couple of years. I want it to be a tribal style- thick bold lines...?
...and a simplistic yet artful look. I'm designing my own- but I need suggestions on existing tattoos to work off of. The idea is to get a hoof/paw print (a mixture of a horse's hoof and a wolf's paw) on the side of my arm, in the center of an awesome tribal design. I want it to wrap around my arm and go up to like my shoulder and partly on my back (like on my shoulder blade. not like covering it but like entering that area) and reaching down just past my elbow. It sounds like I have it all figured out, but there are lots of different types of designs. What kind would you personally get and could you describe/post a link to a picture? Which types have what meanings?

This is Yahoo Answers not Yahoo Opinions. If you don't like tribal tattoos that doesn't mean I dont. At least give me a suggestion on what to get INSTEAD. Sheesh.
Hopefully you change your mind by then, tribal is so outdated and overdone. Most tattoo artists hate doing them, but do them because it's what the client wants. Glad to know you have time to think about it, I really do hope you change your mind.
