just started drawing again and want to do some tattoo drawing training. where is the best place for tutorials etc online or any artist advice at all

My Brother in Law is an amateur tattooist and he went to our local tattoo parlour and asked for tips and advice.
He showed them what he had drawn so far and they really liked his work and offered him an apprenticeship placement with them, unfortunately he has a full time job and couldn't take the placement but they buy some of his designs off him now and then.
They have also given him tips on how to improve his drawings and what would and wouldn't work.
