can you tattoo one color over another color?
i have a tattoo of an elephant in a henna color (brownish red) its light and it has a bright red thin lined box around it. i would like to get the same henna color over the red box. since the box is bright red, could i get a light brown color over it to make it look like the elephant? thanks!
by the way, the existing tattoo is completely healed, it's about a year old.
You could put the light brown over the red to tone the red down a bit if it's too bright, but, the red will show through since the brown is so much lighter.
