Why do Japanese songs completely change lyrics when they are made in English?
For instance, the song Tattoo Kiss, in the opening of the anime Kaleido Star.
Chorus:

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

I don't get it.
My guess is to make the lyrics rhyme in english and make more sense to the theme of the song in english. It would probably sound bad to sing it as the direct translation; is my guess.
