What are some of the best NOSE piercing places around Duluth MN, or Superior WI? Close to Duluth. Not far away?
I want to have a good piercing studio that also pierces noses for a cheap but resonable price. I want one that also allows you to be 14 w/ parent con cent, or allows you to have a note w/ signature when 14. So either going from Washburn, WI to Duluth,MN any places right off the road there to get it done? Thanks, and if any of you have been to Lenny's Tattoo Studio, I've been looking at it for awhile, can a 14 yr. old go in there w. parent con cent?
