tattoo itching and bumps?
i had a tattoo on my back/bottom of my neck over a year ago and in the last 3/4 months it has been getting itchy and having bumps (feel like a heat rash but im not sure). the skin in and around the tattoo gets this feeling.
i'm not sure if i could just be allergic to the ink? if i am alergic to the ink what should/can i do about that?

the itching is occasionally....usually at night if that means anything?
your probably not allergic to the ink.
it hardly ever happens, do you have any other tattoos?
because changes in the weather ie summertime can cause some ppls tattoos to itch, get bumpy and swell. Use an anti itch cream on it.
also if you have any skin conditions then this can be a factor in that happening.
just keep an eye on it and if your still worried about it go to your doc.
it will prob be harmless tho.
